Hi Bram,

it's happening on DSpace 7.5, angular 7.5. My environment:

-  Debian 11
-  Java version: 11.0.20 (java-11-openjdk)
-  Apache Tomcat/9.0.43 
-  pm2 version 5.3.0 started with cluster mode
