Hi Mirko, This sounds like a possible bug. I'd recommend reporting it to our ticketing system at https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues along with detailed instructions on how to reproduce this issue (e.g. an example of a configuration which causes this problem). I can then look for a volunteer to help analyze this and see if we can find a quick fix / solution.
