Hi, I would like to ask about DSpace v7.5. I am building DSpace on my VPS. I have followed all the requirements and configuration on wiki but I got stuck when I wanted to build using the "mvn package" command. There is an error like: [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project dspace-api: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.dspace:dspace-api:jar:7.5: Failed to collect dependencies at net.handle:handle:jar:9.3.0: Failed to read artifact descriptor for net.handle:handle:jar:9.3.0: Could not transfer artifact net.handle:handle:pom:9.3.0 from/to handle.net (https://handle.net/maven): Transfer failed for https://handle.net/maven/net/handle/handle/9.3.0/handle-9.3.0.pom: Connect to handle.net:443 [handle.net/38.100.128.118] failed: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) -> [Help 1] This is just my speculation but is the Handle.Net Repository website down? If not am I missing something? Thank you.
