I have done the following setting in my dspace.cfg file
# SMTP mail server authentication username and password (if required)

# SMTP mail server alternate port (defaults to 25)
mail.server.port = 587
mail.extraproperties = mail.smtp.port=587, \
mail.smtp.host=smtp.office365.com, \
mail.smtp.auth=true, \

mail.smtp.starttls.enable=true, \
mail.smtp.ssl.protocols=TLSv1.2,\
mail.smtp.ssl.context=TLS
But getting the following the error
No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are
inappropriate)
