Yest, there is a "PUT /bitstreams/{bitstream id}" endpoint that can be
used to update Bitstream metadata. See the documentation at:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/REST+API#RESTAPI-Bitstreams
The data that you send to this endpoint should be a "Bitstream Object"
represented in JSON. An example of that JSON representation can be found
in this section of that REST API documentation:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/REST+API#RESTAPI-Model-Objectdatatypes
