In DSpace 3, there's a "solr.server" setting available for configuration in
build.properties, which is supposed to allow you to quickly configure the
location of your SOLR server.
However, the DSpace Discovery config file
([dspace-src]/dspace/config/modules/discover.cfg) fails to use this
configuration and instead hardcodes its own SOLR server URL:

Instead, discovery.cfg should use the "solr.server" setting like this:
search.server = ${solr.server}/search
I'll post a Pull Request shortly. I'd recommend fixing this minor bug in 3.2
and 4.0, unless there are any objections.
