In this page, when showing in different language, the month selector appears in
English (or in other installations, the default language of the jvm).
org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.artifactbrowser.ConfigurableBrowse.java must read
currentLocale to show months translated instead of the jvm's months.
This occurs also at org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.eperson.EditProfile.java with
the language choosen.
