Hi Nestor, I've verified this seems to be the case on demo.dspace.org (which has OpenSearch enabled along with Discovery)
As you mentioned: * http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/simple-search/?query=Test returns 404 * http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/open-search/?query=Test works (returns ATOM response), but you are correct it's using OpenSearchGenerator which just uses DSQuery to perform the search. I'd suggest opening a JIRA ticket. I'm not aware of anyone working on this. But, if you have time in the near future, I think it'd make a great improvement/bug fix for DSpace 3.0. - Tim On 8/15/2012 9:13 AM, Nestor Oviedo wrote: > Hi. > We enabled the Discovery aspect (and disabled the SearchArtifact > aspect).
