Puzzling.  skipTests is not something I invented; it's part of
SureFire.  Doesn't that make it a standard feature?

Oh, well.  I already have maven.tests.skip=false in ~/.m2/settings.xml,
since I always want things to break as soon as possible so I can fix
them.
