System-wide Curation Task UI is missing a "Task" label

When visiting the XMLUI's System Wide Curation Tasks Admin UI, you'll notice
that the Task Name dropdown is missing a label.
An I18N key actually exists for this label in messages.xml. It is just never
used in the org.dspace.app.xmlui.aspect.administrative.CurateForm class which
builds that Admin UI page.
It's a very minor code fix. I just wanted to log this issue in case anyone
else reports it or comes across it. I'll fix it shortly on Trunk.
