Multiple 'Create' clicks creates multiple communities/collections

If you are creating a community/collection and you click the create button 3
times, you will get 3 communities/collections of the same name created. They
have different handles.
I have included a video showing how to recreate the problem. I am actually
clicking the create button many times. I was able to create 23 communities
called 'AAA Credit Rating' by clicking the 'Create' button 23 times before the
page loaded.
