The XMLUI Control Panel should display the Version of DSpace you are using. It
provides an easy way for administrators to look up the version of DSpace they
are currently running.
I've attached a patch which makes this addition to the XMLUI Control Panel.
I'll commit it to Trunk shortly, for release in 1.8.0 (as I don't think this is
a controversial change at all).
