Offer Item Mapping as a feature on "Edit Item" instead of only on Collections

In the XMLUI, the Item Mapper feature only seems to be available from the
collection homepage, where clicking the item mapper allows you to map items
into that collection.
Edit Item offers a feature "move item" but doesn't allow item mapping there. It
seems it would be logic to offer Mapping together with the move feature on the
"Edit Item". Otherwise, someone editing items might get the impression moving
is the only option and that mapping is not available.
