Hi Kevin: Just a point of information - as of 1.7, there is now the ability to
read config/modules/* configuration files - the ConfigurationManager has a new
set of methods. I can summarize them, but it's easier just to look at the code.
(Let me know if this doesn't suit) Would this address your needs?
