Sometimes you want to script operations which would benefit from knowing a
DSpace instance's CLASSPATH. This would, for example, facilitate the removal
of duplicate code in start-handle-server, or altogether abandoning that script
in favor of a local initscript (or one provided by CNRI, for that matter).
The attached patch to trunk -r5719 is lightly tested on Linux and appears to
work. The part affecting Windows is untested since I don't have a Windows
instance of DSpace.
