There are actually three hardcoded strings.  I've attached a patch that seems 
to address this.  However, I don't like the way I had to abuse the Exception 
message string.  It tightens the coupling between AuthenticationUtil and 
FlowEPersonUtils.

Sorry, there's my usual cloud of spelling fixes mixed in.
