ItemExport doesn't/can't create mapfile

org.dspace.app.itemexport.ItemExport can't/doesn't create a mapfile, instead it
creates a handle file in each item directory. While it is fairly easy to
generate a mapfile from these, it seems an omission that it can't create
mapfiles directly.
If one wants to batch replace bitstreams, for example, one could first do an
export, replace the bitstreams, then use ItemImport with --replace, but this
requires a mapfile.
