I am finishing up on a change to dspace 1.6 where the Creative Commons Web
Services api is implemented, e.g. to replace the current integration approach.
My changes are to dspace-api and dspace-xmlui. The implementation will be
needed for JSPUI as well. I will update this JIRA with the exact changes after
I checkin these changes.
