I agree with you, the READ permission determines access to view the item. So i
could understand that it is possible to browse name of collections inside a
community. But, inside a collection i can read, without READ permission about
an item : name of author, date of submission and title.
With a pure IT point of view, if i don't have read access,I can not read any
information, neither the author nor the title. For me, it looks as a bug.
