The JSP UI shows a horizontal scroll bar, already present in the DSpace code
for a LONG time.
This could be resolved by changing <table class="centralPane" width="100%"
cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3" border="0"> in header-default.jsp .
changing the 100% to 99% does the trick here, no more horizontal scroll bar.
