Hello Ronee,

the metadata export itself contains the infomation:

here is an example export of the following collection:
http://eldorado2.tu-dortmund.de:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/42

Export data:
id,collection,dc.contributor.author,dc.date.accessioned,dc.date.issued,dc.identifier.uri,dc.title[en_US]
"25","123456789/42","Doe, Jerry","2009-12-08T09:17:45Z","2009-12-08","http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/43","Test for html submit"

It contains the the item id as id and the handle of the collection as collection.

Hope that helps

Claudia Jürgen

Hi,

I created a collection and exported the Excel metadata file. Using this file as
my template I added new metadata and converted it to cvs and tried to import.
The import failed probably because I did not have the collection and id
information, or at least the collection information. It would be nice to have
the collection information handy, perhaps in the Edit Collection function so
someone with admin privileges can easily get to it.

Ronee
