JSPUI Statistics Display ignores "statistics.item.authorization.admin"

DisplayStatisticsServlet in JSPUI ignores statistics.item.authorization.admin,
which means all stats reports will be public by default under JSPUI. This was
an oversight on my part.. I assumed an AuthorizeException would be thrown by
one of the org.dspace.statistics.content classes, but should have checked more
thoroughly.
Patch against rev 4632 (RC1 trunk) attached.
