Description:
Worflow abortion as DSpace administrator should be more verbose.
When an admin aborts a workflow, he should be able to enter a reason why. This
reason should be kept as metadata. Furthermore notifications should be sent:
- to the submitter, containing the reason for the item being returned
- to the workflow members in charge, which have been notified of a new task
before
