The code for deciding if a given row within a table should be considered odd or
even needs to be done after first passing all those ifs to decide which rows
are going to be presented in the summary presentation of items. (actually it
can be done with the if processing, but that would be much more hackish, as the
only way i see for doing that is to use variables, and xslt variables have a
somewhat painful scoping)
So i propose to create a second transformation after the main one, called
table_rows.xsl
I have done that and it works fine for me.
