Thanks so much for your information, Mark. Now I am learning as why we
have two sets of data, e.g. jspui and xmlui. I am also trying to
figure as which I will use but I figured xmlui is much easier with
Manakin.

OK. I will use XMLUI, where do I enable the language switch, it is
dspace.cfg? Please kindly point it out.

PS: I will contribute Lao language file once we have tested things on our side.
