Hello Douina Hello, I had a similar problem and mine was related to the certificate. In the Apache configurations for the front-end I only passed the certificate and the key. I forgot to pass the Chain. I was able to identify the problem by following these steps and running a test on the front-end https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC8x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-%22500ServiceUnavailable%22fromtheUserInterface The yarn test:rest can help you identify the problem.
