Hi,

DSpace does not have all of these features at this time.  

You can disable download by providing access restrictions to the files 
(bitstreams).  By providing access restrictions, then only some users will 
be able to download those files.

However, there is no way to disable print or copy functionality within 
DSpace.  If you are able to download the file, then you will be able to 
print it (unless the file itself has disabled this feature).

If someone on this list has found a way to customize DSpace to add these 
features, hopefully they will share it with you.
