Hello, the Bitstream Format Registry https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Metadata+and+Bitstream+Format+Registries#MetadataandBitstreamFormatRegistries-DefaultBitstreamFormatRegistry has a flag "internal" for each format. Formats marked with this flagged can not be uploaded during submission, just added afterwards via edit item. Furthermore there are only visible in the edit mode, not the default display.
