I have a simple question about harvesting items via OAI-ORE that I haven't been able to answer via documentation (which is not to say it isn't documented somewhere). I'm not currently a DSpace users, so this is a bit hypothetical--
If I'm transferring items from one repository to another, by what mechanism or process is file fixity assured during transfer? From what I understand, checksums are sent with accompanying metadata.
