My institution is running DSpace 1.5. We allow users to select a creative
commons license during the upload process. Last week, we discovered that
the URL that we have always directed them to in order to select a license
changed - it still asks users questions about selecting a license but no
longer has a button that allows them to select one and return to our
repository. Here's the URL, for reference:
https://creativecommons.org/choose/

Has anyone else run into this issue and come up with a workaround for it?
I've been perusing the CC website to see if a page with the previous
functionality exists elsewhere but I haven't had any luck so far. If it's
the case that this webpage is gone, is there another way to configure CC
license selection?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help you
can provide!
