Fix following warnings in bcm2835.c:
* Do not initialise statics to NULL.
* Unnecessary whitespace before a quoted newline.
* Open brace { on wrong line.

Fix 'Missing blank line after declarations' by simplifying
bcm2835_alsa_device_init().
