Here is v2 of patch 08/10 "Sanitize USB read/write functions" it should fix the 'do not do DMA on the stack' issue with the original version. With this patch 09/10 is valid again. I didn't want to resend the full set again to reduce list noise, but if you prefer that, just let me know and I can do that.
