Rename rtl8188e_EfusePowerSwitch() to Efuse_PowerSwitch()
and remove original Efuse_PowerSwitch() function,
so that driver can call rtl8188e_EfusePowerSwitch() directly
without going through Efuse_PowerSwitch().
