--- Comment #6 from Jean-Fran?ois Fortin Tam <nekohayo at gmail.com> --- Hi Alex, > How are you connecting your monitor(s) to the ports on the graphics card? Using a standard (full size) HDMI cable from the graphics card to a TV. I'm also connected over the DVI port to a computer monitor (that one works). > Does the same monitor work when connected via DVI rather than HDMI Yes, the TV works if you use the GPU's DVI port with a converter to HDMI. It just doesn't work with the GPU's HDMI port. > or were you testing different monitors on the different ports? Also tested HDMI out from the radeon to my computer monitor, that doesn't work either. It really is the HDMI port on the radeon not working. > Are you sure your HDMI cable is good? Yep, connecting a laptop to the TV with that cable works fine. Summary: TV/monitors not the problem, HDMI cable not the problem, and a different GPU manages to work fine where the radeon card doesn't. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
