Both of shashiko's comments are valid - will fix it now.
Will also rename the backoff definition from __XE_MMIO_WAIT_MAX_BACKOFF_100MS 
to __XE_PCODE_WAIT_MAX_BACKOFF_100MS (copy and paste mistake)
