no longer called from outside the DRM core, unexport the symbols.

Looks mostly good, but fb->flags are the userspace mode flags IIRC.

Overloading that sounds like a bad idea. I would just create another bool 
fb->obj_has_handle_ref[DRM_FORMAT_MAX_PLANES] array for that state.

OK, that seems like a waste of resources, but I'll make it a separate field of flags. We should later consider renaming the current flags to something like mode_flags.

I'll send out an update later today, so that we don't waste time before the upcoming -rc6.
