DRM_UT_* classmap, replacing the ad-hoc wiring previously doing it.

Add DRM_CLASSMAP_* adapter macros to selectively use
DYNAMIC_DEBUG_CLASSMAP_* when DRM_USE_DYNAMIC_DEBUG=y is configured.
