Make changes to dpu_encoder to support virtual encoder needed
to support writeback for dpu.

changes in v3:
        - fix a debug print statement
        - leave a FIXME comment to separate intf_idx and wb_idx
        - leave a TODO to improve the dpu_encoder_helper_phys_cleanup()
