Hon garbage rendering
Possibly affects other cards.
I bisected and the first bad commit is eb44c36df842af010269eda1be77c4aea8ebe736
r600g: add initial cube map array support (v2).
It either displays plain black or garbage textures.
I tested with Heroes of Newerth and Unigine heaven.
