This patch series should be applied after the drm/ttm: Get rid of a number of atomic read-modify-write ops vX patch series.
It contains various improvements. Patch 7 is a rewrite of the resource management and is intended to pave the way for an upcoming hardware version change, and to ease implementation of multi-thread command submission. Patch 8 adds a previously vmware-internal header so that we make sure we compute the surface memory requirement the same way as the virtual device does. The same file is intended to be used by mesa.
