For me the TearFree Option works flawlessly with amdgpu.dc=0 on 5.0rc2 and
4.20.1, but 3d games lag. With amdgpu.dc=1 there are some slight hiccups every
2-3 seconds (Firefox`s autoscrolling, video playback etc.), but 3d works
without noticeable issues.
