Sorry, this v2 patch series is a bit messy: my git-send-email failed at patch 3 for some reason, so I posted patches 3-5 manually, but I forgot to add 'v2' to the subject of patch 4/5 and for some reason patch 3 now appeared twice. The contents of the patches is correct, though :-)
