 - drm 3.25.0

 - llvm 6.0.0


For reproduction issue:
1) # dnf install gstreamer1-vaapi
2) Play video encoded with H.264 in Totem player

Symptoms:
1. The system stop to respod.

kernel output after GPU hang:
