Haven't tested other apps/settings, but on R9285 Unigine Valley on highest
settings, 8x AA, 1920x1080 fullscreen is slower after
d0f3b524cdb8489a6872ba3639a13813de221fc2
radeonsi: use re-Z
This can increase perf for shaders that kill pixels (kill, alpha-test,
alpha-to-coverage).

After
FPS: 22.6
Score: 946
Min FPS: 11.7
Max FPS: 47.1
