290X Bad 144Hz
OS : Arch linux
GPU : Sapphire R9 290X
Other GPU to test : Sapphire 7950.
Screen : Asus MG279Q 1440p 144Hz.
DRI provides false frequency refresh the screen with R9 290X.
No issues with 7950.
With 7950 Xrandr is set @143.86Hz. 144 Hz on screen OSD :

With 290X Xrandr is also set @143.86Hz. 139 Hz on screen OSD :

With 290X a lot of glitches with false 144Hz. The erroneous r�solution cause
glitches.
