Whenever an error occurs in linstor, and you want to dig a bit deeper, you
should always check the generated ErrorReport (find the error-id with 'linstor
error-reports list' and afterwards 'linstor error-reports show <id>')
If an external command that linstor tried to execute does not return the
expected exit code, linstor quite verbosely logs which command it tried to
execute, what the std out and std err of that external process was, etc. This
might tell you more why DRBD failed to create its meta-data.
