And it seems, that "before" script is not executed.

I may be totally misunderstanding, but is mail delivered by lda or lmtp 
? If lda, it may be running as the mail user, and so will not have 
access to compile the before script. Try compiling it as the owner of 
the before script, and ensure that the delivery agent (daemon or lda 
binary) has access.
