Thank you very much Aki! It works! Maybe there is an error in the documentation at:
https://doc.dovecot.org/main/core/config/auth/databases/ldap.html where I found: "It is possible to give default values to nonexistent attributes by using e.g. %{ldap:userDomain:example.com} where if userDomain attribute doesn't exist, example.com is used instead." I have another wuetion about quota but maybe it is better I open a different thread with a different title.
