It is enabled from the global mail_plugins. When using the mail_plugin {
foo=yes } syntax it adds to the existing mail_plugins rather than replacing
them.

Where is your home directory supposed to be coming from? I don't see it in your
config. Use either mail_home setting or return "home" extra field from userdb.
This is the same as in v2.3, so I guess you dropped the home somehow when doing
the conversion. Although this error isn't a fatal error, so maybe you had it
before already?
