If one is content with manually configuring mail accounts, one can of
course tweak every account detail. ;-)
Config profiles ("mobileconfig") are certainly more useful for
organisations supporting numerous users, who either don't want to
indulge in manual configuration, or who are not even permitted to
change MUA-related setting.
